Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember. You will have total peace of mind that all your needs will be taken care of.

This includes:

• Coordination beginning 6-12 months out.
• Venue and Vendor Scouting
• 6 meetings + Venue Walk-Through
• Day-of Execution (16 hours)
• Vendor Management + Contact List
• Wedding Rehearsal (1 hour)
• Unlimited Email Advice + Guidance
• Complete Event Design

This package is for the couple that has most things planned out but needs some additional assistance.

This includes:

• Up to five check-in meetings leading up to the event 
• Assistance with budget management 
• Wedding Rehearsal (1 hour)
• Booking vendors and reviewing contracts with clients 
• One venue walk-through with the planner in attendance 
• Management of RSVPs (optional) 
• Finalizing timelines across all vendors 
• Floor plan design, multiple options if necessary 
• Checklists and resources leading up to the event
• Lead planner and assistant overseeing the rehearsal dinner (optional), and wedding day 

This is for the couple who has the planning done. We make sure everything goes according to plan while you enjoy your big day with family and friends. 

This includes:

• Coordination begining 1 month out
• 2 Meetings (1 hour) + Venue Walk-Through
• Wedding Rehearsal (1 hour)
• Day-of Execution (10 hours)
• Vendor Management + Contact List 

Design packages are offered to all existing clients, however you do not have to purchase a package for design services. Book a consultation to get a custom quote for your design or decor needs.
